PSYPACT Immigration Psychological Evaluations

Telehealth Immigration Psychological Evaluations in PSYPACT-Authorized States

MindWorks Psychological Services provides immigration psychological evaluations via PSYPACT-authorized telehealth for clients located in participating states. PSYPACT (Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact) allows licensed psychologists to provide telehealth services across state lines in accordance with interjurisdictional practice regulations.

Evaluations are conducted by a licensed clinical psychologist and are written to meet the evidentiary standards required by immigration attorneys, USCIS, and immigration courts. All telehealth evaluations follow the same clinical rigor and legal standards as in-person assessments.

Our practice specializes exclusively in immigration psychological evaluations, with a focus on trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and clinically sound documentation.

Who Is Eligible for PSYPACT Telehealth Services

Clients must be physically located in a PSYPACT-participating state at the time of the evaluation. PSYPACT allows licensed psychologists to provide telehealth services across participating jurisdictions but does not permit practice in non-participating states.

Eligibility is determined based on the client’s physical location at the time of service, not residency or immigration status.
