The evaluation includes an in-depth interview, standardized psychological measures, and a detailed written report tailored to your attorney’s needs.

The fee for a comprehensive immigration evaluation is $1,200, which includes the interview(s), scoring of psychological measures, attorney coordination, and a detailed written report.

Yes. We accept all major credit cards and offer flexible payment plans. You may split the fee into two or three payments, with the final payment due before the report is released.

The process typically takes 2–3 weeks from the interview to delivery of the final report. Expedited services may be available for an additional fee if your case is time-sensitive.

Please bring any relevant legal documents, medical or mental health records, identification, and your attorney’s contact information. If English is not your primary language, you may bring an interpreter or request one in advance.

Yes. With your written consent, I will coordinate directly with your attorney to ensure the report addresses the legal and psychological factors most relevant to your case.

Yes. Evaluations can be completed in person or via secure telehealth for clients located in eligible states, allowing you to complete the process from home if preferred.

Comprehensive
Assessment
Through an in-depth clinical interview and, when appropriate to your case, standardized psychological measures, we document your personal experiences, symptoms, and relevant history. This step is conducted care, respect, and cultural sensitivity.
Report & Feedback
We prepare a clear, credible, and clinically sound report tailored for USCIS or immigration court. You’ll have an opportunity to review the findings, and we can send the final report directly to your attorney if requested.
