California Immigration Psychological Evaluations
MindWorks Psychological Services provides comprehensive immigration psychological evaluations for clients throughout California. Evaluations are completed by Dr. Mary Lou Ancheta, Psy.D., a licensed clinical psychologist and PsyPACT provider, and by Alexus Higa, LCSW, who conducts evaluations exclusively for California residents. All evaluations are conducted via secure telehealth, and interpreter services are available for non-English-speaking clients.
Immigration Evaluations Available in California
MindWorks offers immigration evaluations for Hardship Waivers (I-601/I-601A), VAWA self-petitions, Asylum cases, U-Visa and T-Visa applications, and N-648 disability waivers. Reports are trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and aligned with USCIS expectations.
